Chinese Names
As usual, I tried to sort out suitable Chinese names for my students. This semester, I have been occupied by new course designs & preparation, grant, paper...etc., and hardly had time of doing this. I always felt sorry each time when students asked me when they can get their Chinese names from me. I am glad I finally finished this task. I always felt cherished and cheerful at the moment when students tried to discover the meanings of their names. It was fun and interesting. Even it took me several hours scattered in different days for coming up their names, I felt my hard work was paid back of knowing their curiosity and satisfaction.
